Releasing Your Emotions and Feeling Emotionally Fit


            In order to feel better emotionally, you have to release what emotions linger. Mary Kurus, author of "Emotions - How To Understand, Identify and Release Your Emotions", view point is that everyone is different, therefore different methods could and would be used for different people. She gives many different methods to do so. Her purpose is to inform her audience the different techniques that can be used in order to confront and release your emotions. Some of her examples of expressing and releasing your feelings is to shift your perspective of how other people would feel in the same situation, detach and give yourself time to understand your emotions, or to know your fears and see how they affect your other emotions. The overall main idea of Mary Kurus's article is that we all have different ways of releasing our emotions and it is very important to.
            Mary Kurus's article slants my opinion into wanting to do these different techniques, because she explains how this could make you feel better about yourself in many different ways. She gives little conflicting evidence on how these techniques could negatively affect me, leading me to believe these methods will have no negative affects on me.
